Which return is this one?

You're next at the counter, and the line behind you keeps growing. The QR code is somewhere in the Amazon app, under a name like “Veltora 2 Pack Decorative Square Cases Farmhouse…”. There are two of those. You scroll. Someone sighs.

Every return gets a number.

ReturnPass finds your Amazon returns, gives each one a number, and sorts them by where they drop off. You know exactly what's in the bag by the door and where it goes.

Mark it while it's in your hands.

When you set a return aside, write its number on whatever it's going back in: the box it came in, a bag, or a strip of tape.

The app walks you through them one at a time, so two things with the same name don't get mixed up.

On your way out, grab the right ones.

Heading past Whole Foods? Open ReturnPass before you leave and it shows the three that go there. Pick up R12, R17 and R20, and go.

No opening bags by the door to check what's inside.

At the counter, tap the number.

Hand over the one that says R17 and show R17’s QR code. The right item and its QR code, together. No scrolling through Amazon in line.

  1. Open ReturnPass and tap the number you wrote on it.
  2. Show the QR code to the scanner or the person at the counter.
  3. Tap “I dropped it off”. We'll watch for your refund.

It reminds you, so you don't have to remember.

When you start a return on Amazon, we'll send you its number, so it goes on the box or bag before it goes by the door.

The morning before a return you've marked is due, we'll tell you which one and where it goes.

Your first 3 returns are free.

ReturnPass is invite-only while we test it. Ask for an invite at support@returnpass.com.
